Meet the Team

Monique Moser

Monique Mosier is the Operational Supervisor for Evalpix. She was born in Lawton, OK, and moved to Hanau, Germany, at a young age when her dad was in the Army. They then moved to Casper, WY, where Monique met her husband, Josh, at 15 and later married at 18 and had a daughter together. Monique attended Casper College studying Business Administration. Monique became a stay-at-home mother working part-time jobs prior to joining the Evalpix Team. She quickly moved up the ranks and now leads a team of in-house team members and numerous national data collectors. Monique enjoys spending time with her family, including her two dogs.

Find a need, fulfill a need!

Finding a national property data network with the capabilities to serve all our clients' needs proved to be a surprisingly difficult task. Over the past four years of working with multiple vendors and taking on an ever-increasing workload, we found ourselves sourcing our own data collectors to complete inspections in hard-to-reach places. What we found were good people who oftentimes did a better job than our large corporate partners. Evalpix was born not only to provide our clients with a more reliable property data solution, but to create good jobs for people who need flexibility and a low-stress source of income.
